The customer service is Amazing, I first ordered these In March 2026 and they had failed deliveries due to the bad logistics company, i spoke to Xiong, and he gave me a refund and ofc I bought another pair, they came in. he was helping me with my order the whole time. The shoes ate great quality and are worth the normal waiting time. Xiaong was the greatest customer service you coudl ask for.
Super schnell angekommen, die innen auch gestaltete Sohle war eine extra Überraschung. Leider rutsch mein Sohn hinten beim schnellen Laufen etwas raus, aber vielleicht gibt sich das noch. Alles in allem ist er sehr zufrieden. Dankeschön.
