I was told “shoes got lost in the mail” a refund was issued but i wanted the shoes. My add shipping protection I woulf have paid for it

The customer service is Amazing, I first ordered these In March 2026 and they had failed deliveries due to the bad logistics company, i spoke to Xiong, and he gave me a refund and ofc I bought another pair, they came in. he was helping me with my order the whole time. The shoes ate great quality and are worth the normal waiting time. Xiaong was the greatest customer service you coudl ask for.
